Pan Seared Diver Scallops
Sweet corn puree, crispy pancetta lardons, pickled shallots, & microgreens

Butter Lettuce & Radish Salad
Cucumber, fresh herbs, toasted walnuts and a champagne-dijon vinaigrette

Lemon Risotto 
Parmigiano-reggiano, lemon zest, asparagus, and herbs

7 Brown Farms Ribeye
Red wine and shallot jus paired with roasted fingerling potatoes, honey glazed carrots, and a garlic-herb compound butter

Vanilla Bean Panna Cotta
Macerated fresh berries and mint
